Shipping Policy

We ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel™ or UPS standard service which has an expected delivery time of 2-11 days depending on your location. We always required a signature upon receipt for ball machines and pressureless balls. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once the shipment has left our warehouse. We endeavor to ship all in-stock orders on the same day if received by 1pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after this time are shipped the next business day. We can expedite shipments for an additional cost. Please call for details. If we cannot ship your shipment in its entirety at once because some items are back-ordered we will contact you to determine whether you want the shipment to be shipped only once we have all of the items on your order available or whether or you would like us to ship them as they become available. In any event we will not charge you more than the original shipping charge the order.

If you notice there is any damage to the exterior of the shipping carton or any components inside, please contact us immediately at 888-299-2021 and retain the shipping carton and packing materials so that we can initiate a claim against the shipper and start the process of replacing your shipment.

Although rare, in the event you do find something missing from your shipment please contact us immediately so that we can correct the error.

We urge you to retain your shipping carton in the event you need to ship it back to us at any time for in or out of warranty repair. 


2-Year Warranty with Optional Extension to 5 Years

All brand new Spinfire Pro tennis ball machines and demo machines are sold with a 2 year return-to-depot parts and labor limited warranty with the exception of the battery which carries a 6-month warranty. Refurbished models carry a 1-year warranty (battery – 6 months), unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Out-of-Warranty repairs done by Spinfire Canada carry a 1-year warranty for parts and labour. Out-of-Warranty repairs done by the customer carry a 6-month warranty for parts only. Parts that are replaced under warranty do not extend the original warrtany. This warranty applies to breakdowns caused by normal use and not by abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair and/or modification, subjected to damage by failure to follow the instructions contained in the product manual or if its serial number sticker has been altered or removed. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage to the tennis ball machine including, but not limited to, scratches and dents that do not otherwise affect the functionality of the product. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or which are otherwise due to normal aging of the system. This warranty extends from the date of purchase by you. If you are experiencing problems with your tennis ball machine please call us in order that we may troubleshoot the problem over the phone. We are happy to ship you parts for free that can easily be replaced along with a video on how to do it. Replacement parts, including machines, are shipped by Canada Post or UPS standard shipping. If you wish expedited shipping you must pay the additional charge. However, if necessary, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (‘RMA’) number so that you can return the machine for repair to our facility. Machines sent for warranty repair without an RMA # will not be accepted. Our warranties are only provided to and may only be enforced by the original customer as they are not assignable or transferable. For any warranty other than a repair warranty you must send the machine to our Toronto, Canada, NY facility at your expense and we will return it to you at our expense. For out-of-warranty repairs done by Spinfire Canada or by you the customer you must pay shipping both to our facility and back to you. Please retain the original special shipping carton and interior packaging in the unlikely event you need to send your machine back for repair or refund. The box and materials are easily flat-packed for storage.

An optional extension from our standard 2-year warranty to 4- years is available is available at an additional charge only at the time of purchase of your Spinfire Pro tennis ball machine. This warranty carries the same terms and conditions as the original 2-year warranty but does not extend the initial 6-month battery warranty.


Sales tax is charged based on the province of delivery.

We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors. All orders are subject to review and final confirmation by Spinfire USA Inc. dob as Spinfire Canada regardless of whether your order has been charged to your credit card or not.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not provide price protection if our advertised price drops.

30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Although we are confident that you will be very happy with your Spinfire Pro ball machine we do understand that there are circumstances that might result in you wanting to return your machine for a refund. We therefore provide you with the option to return your Spinfire Pro tennis ball machine for a partial refund as long as it is shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.  You must first obtain an RMA # by calling us at 888-299-2021 and not via email. We will also then send you instructions on how to return it. Tennis ball machines returned without an RMA # cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. If the machine is returned in resalable condition, which we define as all parts parts being free of any scratches or dents either inside or out. This refund will consist of the price you paid for the machine exclusive of shipping charges less a 10% restocking fee with the following exception: If the machine has been used on a clay court the restocking fee is increased by $160 as this requires us to complete disassemble the machine and clean it in order that it be resalable. We do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the machine back to us. We strongly suggest you ship it insured for the full value of the machine as we cannot be responsible for losses due to shipping. Please also obtain a tracking number and provide it to us via email or phone. Please note that we can only extend this refund policy for undamaged machines returned to us in the original special shipping carton and which include all of the original interior packaging, included accessories and manual. The refund policy does not apply if this machine has been offered for rental or other commercial use within the 30-day period, regardless of whether such rental or commercial use has actually occurred. Please do not write anything on the box itself but only apply the shipping label with the ship to and return address on it as otherwise we must charge you for the cost of a new box. Once received and inspected we will apply a credit to the payment method used to pay for the machine. This takes about 15 business days although your credit card issuer may take another 5+ business days to apply the credit to your account. This refund policy only applies to the machine, optional carry case, cover, chargers or adapters. We do not provide a refund for pressureless tennis balls unless the original sealed plastic package was unopened.

This 30-Day Return for Refund Policy does not apply to reconditioned or refurbished machines which are not eligible for this refund.

All machines or items sent back for any reason must be sent back insured for the full retail value as we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
