1. Serial # (white label on bottom);
2. Software version (1st line when machine turns on); &
3. Error code, if any, that shows.
We are an independent distributor so if you did not purchase your machine from Spinfire Canada please contact the company you purchased it from or the manufacturer, spinfiresport.com.
